– Assist employer on all procedures with relevant authority department to apply for new approval from Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN).

– Pay Levy and collect KDN Approval on behalf of employer.

– Specialize in supplying and consult matters on foreign general manpower for all sectors.

1. Sector : Manufacturing, Restaurant, Plantation, Agriculture and Construction.

2. Nationality : Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam & Pakistan.

– Assist employer on work permit renewal.

– Assist employer on Myanmar / Nepal / Bangladesh passport renewal.

– Assist employer on FOMEMA registration, result and appeal (if any).

– Assist employer on apply for worker’s Check Out Memo for leaving worker / Special Pass for overstay worker.

– To purchase insurance for workers and manage claim (if any).

3. Foreign Worker Personal Accident (FWPA)

    – Insurance can be categorize as following:

    i. Option 1: Accident Death, Permanent Disablement, Medical and Surgical Expenses, Repatriation Expenses.

    ii. Option 2: Option 1 + Extra Benefit (Levy due to Disappearance of Workers).

– Assist employer to lodge report of new arrived worker to local Labour Department (Klang valley only).

– Assist employer to lodge report of absconded worker and pay compound to Immigration Department.

– Assist employer on change of company name or address.

–  Assist employer on application of transfer work permit from worker’s old passport to new passport.

– Assist employer on application of Surat Pengesahan and Levy Refund application.

 – Assist employer on application of Surat Pengesahan and Levy Refund application.

–  Represent employer to handle applications with certain authority departments.

LOCAL GENERAL MANPOWER

– Supplying and consult matters on local general manpower (mainly Sarawakian and Sabahan) for all sectors.

DOMESTIC MAIDS

– Assist employer on all procedures with relevant authority department to apply for new maid.

1.For Employer who is married (Husband & Wife).

2. For Employer who is single (Female only).

– Supplying maids from Indonesia for Domestic Home and provide counselling services.

1.To take care of child / children (below 15 years old).

2.To take care of elderly.

– Assist employer on work permit renewal.

– Assist employer on FOMEMA registration, result and appeal (if relevant).

– Assist employer to apply for worker’s Check Out Memo for leaving maid / Special Pass for overstay maid.

– To purchase insurance for maids and manage claim (if any).

– Assist employer to lodge report of absconded maid and pay compound to Immigration Department.

– Assist employer to apply for change of employer.

EXPATRIATES

– Assist employer on application Employment Pass (EP).
